Job Description
CAVORIT is a software company with offices in Berlin and Brandenburg, specializing in the
development of complex web-based platforms with a high design standard. For ten years, we have
loved addressing "wicked problems" with the development of innovative tools.
We are currently looking for a Frontend Developer (or Full-stack) to support our team in the
development of user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital products.
As a Frontend Developer, you are responsible for implementing designs and developing responsive,
interactive web interfaces. You will work closely with our other developers and the UX/UI
designers in the team.
Tasks
• Participation in the conception of interactive, web-based, scalable software products for
large customer projects.
• Ensuring the technical implementation of frontends in cooperation with Backend Developers
and the UX design team: Together, you ensure that the user interfaces are seamlessly
integrated with the backend functionalities.
• Continuous expansion of the features and stability of the frontends of our digital products:
You contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital products by developing new
features and ensuring the stability of the frontend surfaces. You work to optimize the user
experience and ensure that the products meet the highest design standards.
• Optimization of performance and bug fixing: You work on optimizing the performance of
the frontends and fixing bugs to ensure a smooth and fast user experience.
Qualifications
• Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and Next.js to develop
high-quality and modern frontend solutions.
• Animation and Responsive Design: Experience and joy in designing micro-animations and
responsive user interfaces to ensure an outstanding user experience. Familiarity with cross-
browser compatibility issues is important.
• Collaboration with design teams: Experience in successful collaboration with UX/UI
designers and the ability to effectively use design tools (Figma).
• Quality awareness: A pronounced awareness of quality to ensure that the developed frontend
solutions meet the highest design and functional standards.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with CRDT, Y.js, and 3D rendering (e.g., Three.js), as well as
knowledge in the field of Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
