Your tasks:

You adapt SAP HCM modules, especially in the areas of human resources management, payroll, organizational management and time management.
You will assist in providing support for implemented SAP HCM modules, including ongoing user support and troubleshooting.
You will work with customers to understand their HR needs and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
You will participate in implementation projects including configuration, testing and documentation.
You will assist with project management activities such as task coordination, progress tracking and on-time delivery

Job Requirements

Requirements:

You have a degree in economics, business informatics or a similar field.
You have at least 3 years of practical experience in SAP HCM customizing, including implementation projects and/or support.
You have initial experience in project management, ideally with sub-project responsibility.
You have business-fluent German skills (written and oral) as well as business-fluent English skills.
You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
You show a high level of commitment and can set priorities independently.
You have strong interpersonal skills, a confident demeanor and professional manners.
You have the ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships as a trusted advisor.

You have the option of choosing a performance-related variable portion (up to 20% of the annual target salary) or 13.5 monthly salaries.
