The company is a consulting company that specializes in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions. They offer comprehensive services in the areas of human resources management, payroll, organizational management and time management. With a focus on tailored implementations and ongoing support, the company helps optimize HR processes and make the most of the benefits of SAP HCM technology. The company has a strong presence in the greater Munich area and also serves customers nationwide.

Your  tasks:

  • You adapt SAP HCM modules, especially in the areas of human resources management, payroll, organizational management and time management.
  • You will assist in providing support for implemented SAP HCM modules, including ongoing user support and troubleshooting.
  • You will work with customers to understand their HR needs and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
  • You will participate in implementation projects including configuration, testing and documentation.
  • You will assist with project management activities such as task coordination, progress tracking and on-time delivery

Job Requirements

Requirements​​​:

  • You have a degree in economics, business informatics or a similar field.
  • You have at least 3 years of practical experience in SAP HCM customizing, including implementation projects and/or support.
  • You have initial experience in project management, ideally with sub-project responsibility.
  • You have business-fluent German skills (written and oral) as well as business-fluent English skills.
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
  • You show a high level of commitment and can set priorities independently.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, a confident demeanor and professional manners.
  • You have the ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships as a trusted advisor.

  • You have the option of choosing a performance-related variable portion (up to 20% of the annual target salary) or 13.5 monthly salaries.
