You will support in managing HR Master Data & Payroll, including core HR processes as Hiring, Employee Moves, Termination, Personal Data, Org. Management and related requests or queries.

What will you be doing:

Monitor and track HR master data, payroll, time management system, pension and recruitment support. Help us to handle urgencies and update related documentation.

Be a part of additional projects in Payroll, Master Data and continuous improvement. Support process trainings.

Support analysis of employee satisfaction and improvement of employee experience

Registering of all absence and attendance types (holiday, sickness, special absences etc.) in SAP
-
Assisting with entering payroll and core details on SAP EOP
-
Assisting with the responsibility for distributing payroll output, checking errors or omissions before distribution.

Follow up the employee movements on a monthly base with the needed system updates and payments (emission; admission; permutation; maternity leave, pension)
