- Education: Degree (Dipl./ M.Sc.) of electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent with outstanding results

Job Description
In our Cottbus ASIC development center, we develop ASICs for Bosch Sensortec in the field of MEMS Speakers. Your responsibility will be the digital design of Mixed-Signal or System-on-chip ASICs
- You work in interdisciplinary teams and develop leading edge digital ASIC circuits from concept to implementation
- You help us to ensure the “First Time Right” of our IC Designs
- Join the development from concept until product release
- You will be responsible for robust design of digital circuits in control- and datapath structures including optimization
- You are part of an international and globally distributed team
