You should be a keen learner of new technologies and very thorough in what you do, delivering high-quality work as they will form the basis of decision making. Requirements: • Computer Science, Engineering, Maths (Economics/Finance) or Natural Science background, with an interest in computers/programming • Experience in Data Analysis (e-commerce is a plus) • An energetic hands on attitude and keen interest in working with an online start-up • Strong independent analytical and numerical skills • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and document as you go • Experience in programming/scripting languages such as Python (Bonus for experience in compiled languages i.e. Java/C/C++/C#/Fortran) • Strong Excel skills (Bonus experience with VBA) • Experience in Machine Learning and or statistical modelling is a plus

You will have the opportunity to work in the Business Intelligence team in the rapidly expanding E-Commerce business and contribute to the success of the company by providing valuable insights into its performance: • Tools heavily utilised in industry: MySQL, Python, Google Analytics, MS Excel, R, etc. • Exposure on a wide range of areas: Finance, Operations, Marketing • Exciting projects in Data Analytics, Visualisation, Machine Learning As a young and diverse organisation, there is plenty of room to implement great ideas and initiative is always valued.
